How do I register as a parishioner?

Come visit us

Drop by the Parish Office during business hours, and we’ll help you fill out a short registration form over the counter.

What to bring

A photo ID and something that shows your address — a utility bill or a piece of mail works fine.

What happens next

That’s really it. Once you’re registered, you’re part of the family — and we can help with sacraments, certificates, school forms, and anything else that comes up along the way.

If you live outside our boundaries

Our parish boundaries cover zip codes 22191, 22125, and 22079. If you live outside these zip codes, you will need to contact your local parish office and request a letter allowing you to register at Our Lady of Angels. You’re warmly welcome — just bring the letter along when you come in, and we’ll take care of the rest.

¿Cómo puedo inscribirme como feligrés?

Para inscribirse como feligrés en la Parroquia Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles, por favor visite la oficina parroquial durante el horario de atención. Allí le proporcionaremos el formulario de inscripción, el cual puede completar en el momento. Le pedimos que traiga una identificación oficial y un comprobante de domicilio (como una factura de servicios públicos o correspondencia reciente).

Una vez registrado, formará parte oficial de nuestra comunidad parroquial y podrá recibir apoyo en los sacramentos, certificados, cartas para colegios y otros servicios.

Nuestra parroquia sirve principalmente a los códigos postales 22191, 22125 y 22079, aunque también damos la bienvenida a quienes viven fuera de estas zonas.
