Our Spirituality

The spirituality of the Disciples of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary (DCJM, acronym based on the name in Spanish) is summed up as follows:

“The disciple, contemplating with Mary the crucified Christ, hears the voice of the Master who calls him to be one with Him, consecrated by the Holy Spirit in service to the Church; and to live in the Crucified One the mystery of the Heart of the Redeemer, in which the immense love of the Father is revealed.”

— DCJM Constitutions

Our formation is deeply rooted in two great saints: St. John Paul the Great and St. Ignatius of Loyola.
