To begin the process of parish registration, please fill out the form below (Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 13752 Mary’s Way, Woodbridge, Virginia 22191). To find out if you live within the parish boundaries check the map below. Please contact the parish office if you have any questions at 703-494-2444.
All new parishioners will be contacted to set up an appointment with the pastor who would like to personally meet and greet you as part of the registration process. If you do not hear from us within a few weeks, please contact the parish office directly about scheduling this appointment in order complete the registration process.

Complete the fillable registration form, save it and print it out. Bring the completed form to the parish office. You will also need proof of address showing your name and current address. Please note that the registration process can take at least a month. If you have any questions, please contact the parish office.
